My overall impression of Concrete Minerals is a positive one! Their shipping was incredibly fast and their customer service was pretty stellar. Which is another thing I'm a stickler about since I manage a retail store. Emily was very prompt when I e-mailed, answered all my questions and was extremely pleasant!

Their pigments come in 10 gram jars which is a lot of eye candy!
